Introduction
Here we are again in the mid-1970s with a Barbie Doll Tent and Camping Set (right side of the picture). I would soon after grow out of playing with Barbie Dolls.
But that didn't last very long. In 1989 I started collecting Barbie Dolls as a young adult. Pictured with me is the Wedding Fantasy Barbie.
Fast forward to today, June 20, 2023, and my Barbie doll collection has grown to almost 100 dolls and lots of Barbie-branded items. For instance, watches, wall art, books, ornaments, wallets, cases, paper dolls, miniature keychains, Mcdonald's toys, and much more.
In February of 2023, I opened an Etsy.com shop under the name of Barbsdollhouse, selling my handmade Barbie Doll clothes. Sewn and designed by me. (https://barbsdollhouse.etsy.com). I currently have 66 active listings and have made 16 sales. I make clothes for all sizes of Barbie Dolls. Vintage Barbie, Fashionistas, Made to Moves, Extra, Looks, Silkstone, 13.5" My First Barbie, to 28" Best Fashion Friend Barbies. I also design and handmake Barbie Doll handbags/purses. You can find one-of-a-kind clothing from the 1950s fashion era through to today's fashion. Something for every doll lover.
